While reasons behind stoppage are not specified, axing a television show happens typically because of low viewership, financial losses or bad reviews. Other possible reasons include arguments between casts and conflicts among staff members. Shows whose runs end due to a joint decision by its producers are not considered "cancelled" but rather "ended", with a special last episode (series finale).
It’s been awhile since there have been original episodes of "Nitro Circus" before it returned onscreen on March 27, 2012, branded as "Nitro Circus Live". The season two finale was broadcast back on October 22, 2009 on MTV.
